Nouvel Elite ships from the Netherlands to customers in Europe
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on destination, supplier, and carrier. Nouvel Elite cannot be held liable for delays caused by third parties, customs procedures, or unforeseen circumstances.
5. Right of Withdrawal & Returns
Customers have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of receiving the order, without stating a reason.

Returns are processed via a return label provided upon request.
Refunds will be issued within 14 days after receipt and inspection of the returned items, using the original payment method.

If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, customers must contact Nouvel Elite immediately upon receipt. Where possible, supporting photos should be provided so the issue can be resolved promptly.
